Professional advice

Rosemary & John take their professional service very seriously, it is who they are. We have invested in our staff who are all highly trained to give you exceptional service and knowledge. We have invested in our shop which is large and well set out. The clean efficient environment underlies the need for accuracy in what they do. There is nothing “hap hazard” about this pharmacy. We have also invested in new technology to access up to date and timely information. They have NINE computer service stations which allow them to give you immediate attention, no waiting for a terminal to become free.

Fast Prescription service

Because we have invested in trained staff and more than enough computer resources you will not wait long for a prescription at Warnervale ChemistCare. With two pharmacists, three Dispensary assistants, and five computer terminals that can process your prescriptions we are very efficient.

If you have trouble remembering your doses of medications we have two solutions for you. We use Webster blister packs or MPS sachet rolls. Both are convenient and help you manage your medications, especially if you are on five or more.

We provide free home delivery to the local area. Service available Monday to Friday. This is a costly service to provide so we would ask for clients help in giving us reasonable notice of a delivery and understanding that we try to organise “delivery runs” so as to save time.

FILE your Repeats Service

Losing your prescription repeats? Not sure if they have run out? The answer is simple we can file your repeat on our premises in our purpose built area. Just phone or call in and we will make them up. We will follow your repeats and give you a special note for your doctor when we dispense the last one. Peace of Mind no more running out of your medication.

Generic Medicines

Our Motto is “Generic Medicines It’s Your Choice and we respect your decision” We support the use of generic medicines in the right situations. We resist the practice of “chopping & changing” different generic suppliers. As such our main supplier is Apotex a Canadian firm with the widest range and a reliable supplier.

Travel Medicine

Being in the Warnervale GP Superclinic we are used to supplying travel needs for people going away. We keep a large range and several months stock of travel vaccinations. We also keep a range of specialty products to protect your health whilst you are travelling. Have a great holiday and return healthy.
